I have a drawer full of old photos. Today Aspen and I were looking through them and look at the treasure I found. Do you see anyone you recognize? You will have to click on the photo to enlarge it. Easier for me to do them in a collage than try to up load them all. Some of the photos were dated 1977-78. I am pretty sure all of them were from that time.

Oh, my GOSH!!! You obviously have a scanner...you've GOT to send me those. I don't have any of those photos and I NEED them! :) Thanks so much for sharing them with us...good memories and good for a laugh too! :)
I didn't even know that photos of Smokey and/or the Kady house even existed. I don't think I've ever seen those.

I HAVE MORE!!!!! I will take time and dig out all of them. I'm pretty sure I have you an RM in bikini's, didn't post them, I would like to live a little longer.It may be better for me to make a copys and send to you, The quality back then was horrible. Just let me know.
Yes, I have a 2 scanners. Do you need one, I will send that also. I use one for my photo cakes. We bought a new one with the new computer but, I have a good HP in the closet with all the software if you have a use for it.

I was thinking about the pictures. What if I burn them to a CD and send you? That way you can make prints or load them to your computer.
A CD would be great. Can you set the resolution when you scan the photos? Maybe we can talk about it before you go to too much trouble. Thanks again for sharing all those photos. They are so much fun to see and I really don't have ANY from that period of our lives. I've got photos from small childhood in Texas and then photos after everyone got married and had kids. Nothing in between.
That's exactly what I was going to say - "Oh my GOSH!" Some of the photos do look a little familiar, I probably saw them during one of the times I stayed with you or something, but that's still been a long time ago. I'm so glad you shared...so glad you had a camera way back then...obviously none of the rest of us did. I'm going to write to April and Rose Mary and tell them they better start checking the blogs because their pictures have been posted for the world to see :)
And so, you actually had info on these photos too - to know the years and even that that one was on my birthday? Wow. I don't remember that AT ALL.

I'm glad you used the word surprised!!! Keith said I would probably be called lots of BAD names for posting them. And yes, I wrote on the back of them. Some just dates and names, but at least I did that. I don't even do that most of the time now.
I have somemore from 2 Christmas's at Uncle Butches 1975 & Aunt Thelmas 1978. I am going to burn all them to a CD for Kim, let me know if you want a copy.

All I can say is...I'm glad the clothes are gone. Oh! Wait! that's what kids now call retro! Look at the socks!! I don't think "retro" is including knee socks. Especially with those large horizonal stripes. :) I can't believe you have all those pictures. Where do you keep that many pictures and noone know you have them? Are we going to start receiving blackmail letters in the mail soon? Has Beth been checking all this out? How is she doing? Where does she live now?
The beauty queens are adorable. And you did a great job on the dresses. I've never seen Graydon's children. I think I saw Lacy once when she was 2 or 3. Now she's graduating. Wow! I haven't heard about Shannon in a long time. How is doing, what is doing and where is he?

Really good to here from you.Glad you enjoyed the trip to our past. I had forgotten about all those pictures. Aspen and I were looking through some old photos in a drawer when we ran across them. Thought I would share. I had more but my EX has them all. Don't think I'll ever see them again!!!!
Graydon hasn't sent me a pic of Lacey to post yet, I will call and remind him today:) Beth bought some land next to mom in Vidor. She got married a couple years ago. Christina and her son Lawson live with her, Gene lives down the road from them :) Shannon is doing well. Him and his girlfriend Brittany(of 5 years) live in a trailer on Dales land. I will try to get some pics of them to post. He works for a heavy equipment rental company and has a company truck. He drives to location to repair and service equipment. He also has a shop at his house where he works on cars, 4-wheelers and such. Brittany just graduated nursing school and has her LVN licenses. She has to work a certain amount of hours and then she will go back for her RN.
Cator really has grown. I dont think I have seen him since yall came to stay the night here when Aspen was living with us. Thats been a while and your NOT real good at sending pics very often!! What is going on with you? In one of the post you mentioned something about Cator's school, I got the idea you might be working at the school.
